We have traveled a lot in the past week, getting the opportunity to stay in your hotel was truly a moment of rest and relaxation. So very accommodating and we'll appointed in every aspect right down to the perfect layout of the hotel. Functional, is a great word to describe the lay out- whoever designed it knew what a traveler would need next at every turn.
If I had to give one complaint it would be that when we ordered our coffee the barista had just started the cleaning process on the espresso maker so it took about 10 minutes to get our coffee.

Close to the town of Middlebury, VT. Hotel was in walking distance to food stores and a Rite Aid which came in very handy for us.

perfect stay for exploring parks and local art gems
I really enjoyed my time here as it was just a short walk to the Middlebury College Museum of Art and the beautiful Battell Woods, making it easy to soak in some culture and nature during my weekend stay.

The beds were comfortable, and the comforters were cozy. Cleanliness and spaciousness also a plus. Good towels, and plenty of them were appreciated. Pleasant decor in the rooms and the lobby area.
1. The closet! We've had this same problem at other Marriott's. The closet is so poorly designed that it doesn't serve its purpose--it's not usable for two people and even worse, it will be impossibly small for any winter coats. 2. There is not enough light in the room. We like at least one overhead light and the current lamps are distant from each other, and quite dim.

The room with whirlpool. A shower and hair dryers were available there. Location: the hotel was so close to Rosie's restaurant which is excellent and a shopping center and Walgreens within walking distance and the lovely and comfortable Courtyard Middlebury.
The hotel staff was not particularly helpful.

We have 10 month old twins, so we were looking for a clean, no frills hotel to stay at while visiting for a wedding. The staff was very helpful and patient.
Breakfast was a little expensive for what it was, but still good and convenient.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with friendly staff who always greeted with a smile. The bistro's food was overpriced and disappointing, lacking in variety. It would be nice to have had a pool and complimentary breakfast during the stay.
